Refund policy

  • We are a family run business and take pride in our services and products and truly hope that you love your candle.  If you are not happy for whatever reason, we will endeavour to do what we can to make it right.  Please email info@alexanderlinn.co.uk and we will be happy to help with any issues.
  • Refunds awarded in exceptional circumstances. Please send picture of broken or damaged item within 3 days of purchase and we will endeavour to send out a replacement as soon as we can.
